Store Policies


Stated below are the itemized policies of TryingTwenties.com. Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return your order for any reason, including defective, it will be assumed you have read and understand the policies stated here. At this time we are only able to issue Exchanges and Store Credits...NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. Our policies are subject to change at any time as we deem necessary.

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online and in person purchases made through www.tryingtwenties.com and at any show where the boutique is selling.

PLEASE NOTE THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT:
All sales of e-Gift Certificates, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and wallets and ANY item purchased with a 50% discount coupon codes or higher (Deemed as Sale) or marked as FINAL SALE are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, or refunds.

**Returns for regular or defective items are accepted within 14 days from the order date. If any item, OTHER THAN FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.TRYINGTWENTIES.com fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned by mail to the address below for an exchange or store credit ONLY.



ONLINE PURCHASES:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a store credit or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect.). Final Sale Items are NOT returnable. Please refer to the Store Policies for specifics to Final Sale products.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original packagaing, if possible). We suggest using USPS Flat Rate Shipping boxes and envelopes.The item must be returned to us 7 days from the online notification. *If we have not received the item within the 7 days, we will NOT process your exchange or store credit.

2. Please note that you will need to pay to ship the items back to us at your expense. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

4. Please allow 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your exchange to be processed/mailed to you or store credit to be emailed to you.

5. Please note that if you choose an exchange, the new product must be of equal or lesser value and you will be responsible for shipping of the new item to you. If the new item is less than the original purchase price and there is monies left over, you will be issued a store credit.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you need to return a defective item, simply login to your account within 14 days from receiving your item(s), view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please select the reason that specifies that the item being returned is defective. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange or store credit once we've received and processed the defective returned item.

Any defective item(s) not deemed FINAL SALE may be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection and are only accepted 14 days from the date the order was placed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We'll also provide a store credit of the return shipping costs if the return is a result of defectiveness.

*No matter how you choose to return the defective item to TryingTwenties.com, we will only refund the equivalent amount of USPS Flat rate shipping of $6.00 for each defective item returned. The credit for your return shipping will not exceed what you originally paid in shipping.

2. Please note that you will need to pay to ship the items back to us at your expense. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursed to you via store credit.

4. Please allow 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your exchange to be processed/mailed to you or store credit to be emailed to you. Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective by our staff, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for your original purchase price + original shipping cost + your return shipping cost.

5. Please note that if you choose an exchange, the new product must be of equal or lesser value and we will be responsible for shipping of the new item to you. If the new item is less than the original purchase price and there is monies left over, you will be issued a store credit.
